The institute is governed by:·
-The General Assembly Composed of all members, convenes at least once a year, elects the officers and accepts or rejects the reports of the Board of Directors
-The Board of Directors Consisting of the President, the Vice President, the Secretary General, the Treasurer and the Member. The Board runs all current affairs of the Institute and reports to the General Assembly
-The Auditing committee. Three prominent member are elected by the General Assembly to control and report the financial matters of the Institute
-The members of the Administration Board of INARE have changed from the 6th of August 2002. The new Board is consisted by the following:
